Special Jutsus:

Mizu Shougeki (Water Shock) - Ruugo sprays water over his enemy from his mouth , drenching them. He then builds up his Lightning Chakra and shoots it from his fingertips at his enemy , With the water making the Lightning even stronger.

Raikou Sakurifaisu (Lightning Sacrifice) - Ruugo makes a shadow clone , and fills it up with lightning chakra. The clone then charges at the enemy and when the enemy hits it , Ruugo makes the clone implode , hitting the enemy with lightning.

Lightning Release (Electric Explosion Technique) - This technique shoots a small ball of compressed electrical energy that explodes upon contact with another object. The explosion is relatively small, but can still take out multiple people.


Bloodline Limit/Kekkei Genkai: None

Bio: Ruugo's mother died when he was just a few months old. From a young age his father trained him to be a great Ninja. He is always testing him. He progressed through the Academy fast and became a Jounin with ease. He has a large amount of Chakra and he mainly uses Lightning Ninjutsu.

Looks: Shoulder-Length Blond hair with blue eyes. About 6'0 and Slim , muscular build. Wears a long , black overcoat with the basic Jounin vest and a pouch with his Ninja tools.

Personality: Laid-Back personality. Friendly but has a short temper.

The story:

As of late the remaning Akatsuki members have made multiple assassination attempts on Konoha. Of course, the Co-Founder of the village, Madara Uchiha, has lead these assassination missions.

Pein, Konan, Kisame, and Madara have successfully assassinated 2 Hokages without fail.

The first was Tsunade. She was brutally murdered and put into the village square of Konoha. She was hung on a cross as an example. But the people of Konoha didn't fear the Akatsuki still.

The 6th Hokage then became Kakashi Hatake. The man of 1000 jutsus. He took the title Hokage, despite what many people wanted. He was an incredibly valuable asset to Konoha as a ninja in their time of need. But the people had spoken and Kakashi Hatake had become the Hokage.

Several weeks after that Kakashi was brutally murdered by Madara Uchiha. In Kakashi's blood there was a message written: "Soon the Leaves will burn."

It was written by Madara Uchiha. Since then there has been another Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki. The entire village is expecting an assassination attempt any time. They fear that they may die this time. Because the Akatsuki have made their words become true. Even the village ANBU numbers had decreased during the assassinations. The number of Shinobi in Konoha was very little. But the few Ninja were incredibly strong and willing to defend their home

So here's my character.

Name: Raika Yuudoku
Age: 18
Male/female: Male.
Looks: Long dread locked hair at waist length, dark skin and steel grey eyes.
Village: Village Hidden In The Leaves.

Water Style: Poisonus Water.

Bloodline Limit/Kekkei Genkai: Doku Shinju (Poison Body)

Bio: The Yuudoku clan is a clan of poison specialists that mix it with their Jutsus. Their bodies even produce abnormally large amount of toxins. But their special body type allows them to sustain it. Its come to a point there body produces so much toxins they need to release it through their Jutsus which have very very brutal effects on their opponents. Especially wind users like Raika. Raika's body seemed to have produced almost no Toxins at all in the early parts of his life. Many of his clan members began to create theories he wasn't a full blood Yuudoku. But after being at the Academy for a year his body began to show near fatal levels of toxins. His clan quickly extracted an element to help him expel some of the toxins in his body. In a matter of days he drew out the Wind element.

So as the years passed Raika began to learn many poison's and their antidotes. Most of his kunai, shurkien and explosives have very toxic effects. He wears a large gas mask on his face. (Much like Meizu and Gozu). This allows him to breathe as the explosives go off and release toxins into the air.

At the age of 18 he became the most respected Poison user in Konoha after helping their Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki, become cured from a poison. This didn't go with out a reward. Naruto Uzumaki had a special building made in his honor so he can research poisons and their antidotes. This is where he spends most of his days. With books, plants and animals.
