Mizu Shougeki (Water Shock) - Ruugo sprays water over his enemy from his mouth , drenching them. He then builds up his Lightning Chakra and shoots it from his fingertips at his enemy , With the water making the Lightning even stronger.

Raikou Sakurifaisu (Lightning Sacrifice) - Ruugo makes a shadow clone , and fills it up with lightning chakra. The clone then charges at the enemy and when the enemy hits it , Ruugo makes the clone implode , hitting the enemy with lightning.

Lightning Release (Electric Explosion Technique) - This technique shoots a small ball of compressed electrical energy that explodes upon contact with another object. The explosion is relatively small, but can still take out multiple people.

Bio: Ruugo's mother died when he was just a few months old. From a young age his father trained him to be a great Ninja. He is always testing him. He progressed through the Academy fast and became a Jounin with ease. He has a large amount of Chakra and he mainly uses Lightning Ninjutsu.

Looks: Shoulder-Length Blond hair with blue eyes. About 6'0 and Slim , muscular build. Wears a long , black overcoat with the basic Jounin vest and a pouch with his Ninja tools.

Personality: Laid-Back personality. Friendly but has a short temper.

Special Jutsus:

Bloodline Limit/Kekkei Genkai: Playing on emotions through a bell.
How it works: The bell captures them in a subtle Genjutsu. Because of how Genjutsus work, they affect the brain. Most of the feelings we have are regulated by a certain part of the brain, this Unique Genjutsu can allow you to play on how they feel through using the bell.

Bio: At a younger age then some Ninja, Raika developed his Shinobi instincts quickly. Of course with out a father to guide him through the Shinobi world he need to rely on his mother.

Fortunately for Raika, when he was enrolled in the Academy at his skills flourished even more. He excelled in the Art of Genjutsu. Especially in the Hearing and sight. Early in the morning during Training one of the teachers noticed he used the bell particularily well when he attacked his enemies with Genjutsu. But it also always brought different feelings with it. They quickly realized it was his Kekkei Genkai.

At the age of 9 he graduated from the academy and was given a special bell to commemerate his day of graduation. Ever since then he's carried it with him but keeps it muffled in a small pouch. After a year of training with his squad and taking on lamer then hell missions, Raika graduated and became a chunin at the age of 10. One of the youngest in the entire village. Soon after he was able to draw out his first element, Water.

After quite some training for ridiculous amounts of hours he mastered as many techniques as he could with his Water element. After that he spent much time reading about other types of Genjutsus and practicing them when he had the chance. 3 years later he turned 13. He chose to leave the village and explore the world. He did so. For 5 long years...Training day in and day out for 14 hours a day.

Over his years of travelling he changed quite a bit. He became very philosophical and upbeat compared to his introverted self prior to him leaving.
To even more surprise he came back married and with another element and longer hair.

His hair was just past his waist now rather then just past his shoulders. His body seemed more muscular. He even seemed more in touch with Nature. Often sitting near the trees for hours and hours not moving. Just meditating.

His wife was a beautiful woman named Mareena. She had been from just north of their village, The Hidden Mist. After dating for several years they were married and travelled together. Maturing mentally, physically and philosophically.

The 2 are rarely seen apart and each year on the day of his Fathers death. Raika sits at his grave for the entire day. Speaking with him and his wife.

Bio: Mareena grew up in the Hidden Mist village with her Grandfather and Grandmother. Her original name, Was Harada. She was from a very poor clan. But physically they tended to be more superior then most of the Hidden Mist village. This meant alot of her clan had much sexual appeal to them. She was very well developed and was what most men wanted.

Early on in life she showed a fascination with Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. She was only 5 when her grandfather began to show her the ways of Taijutsu and Ninjutsu. Although she could use Ninjutsu, they were very basic ninjutsus. Something like Earth clone. And that was it. Soon after she was able to draw out her primary element, Earth.

She did do well in the Taijutsu area. She tended to wear long robes. But her grandfather discouraged that. He had her enroll in the academy where in the Hidden Mist, They were given uniforms. As time passed in the Academy she became stronger and stronger and began to develope her body. At the age of 13 she returned home from the academy to find her house aflame. She rushed into the fire and got trapped in the sea of flames.

She managed to save her grandmother. But amidst the chaos her grandfather died in the flames. As she was saving her grandmother she got trapped in the burning house and called for help. He long black hair started to burn. She could feel her pale white skin start to seer. Her dark brown eyes were filled with Terror. Suddenly, a figure emerged from the flames. Using a powerful water Jutsu he managed to save her and douse the flames of the house. Resucing Mareena. Mareena was grateful but her grandmother died in the early hours of that night.

The man she learned that saved her was a roaming shinobi who was only to be there for that day and leave. She was lucky enough to find him an an alley. Passed out drunk. She managed to wake up him and sober him up. She explained that she had nothing there any longer and requested to go with him. She learned his name was Raika and then began their long journey together.

Eventually the 2 fell in love, drew out second elements, married and returned to Raika's home. The Hidden Falls village.
